Mary Louise Kelly is co-host of “All Things Considered,” NPR’s award-winning evening newsmagazine. Recent interviews range from Secretary of State Antony Blinken and CIA Director William Burns to Prince Harry, Jane Fonda, Paul McCartney, and Matt Damon. She was previously a national security correspondent for NPR News, reporting on the CIA, the NSA, and other spy agencies; terrorism; wars; and rising nuclear powers. Kelly’s writing has appeared in The Atlantic, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, POLITICO, Newsweek, and others. She is the author of two novels, Anonymous Sources and The Bullet, and a forthcoming memoir, It.Goes.So.Fast. Kelly led an NPR team that was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in 2021.
