Vivian Nabeta is founder and executive director of The Sonia Nabeta Foundation. The foundation works to improve access to health care for children with Type 1 diabetes (T1D) in Africa, to educate children with T1D, and to create a community that has accessible and affordable health care, with supportive and stigma-free communities for people with T1D across Africa.
